Aanpak<\/h2>\n

Wij hebben het eerste product van XIM, de XIM45, ontworpen. We hebben een overzicht van de vereisten opgesteld en het industri\u00eble ontwerp en de mechanische kenmerken, de (embedded) software en het printplaatontwerp ontworpen. Met een klein team zijn we erin geslaagd om het product in zes maanden tijd van idee tot werkend prototype te ontwikkelen.<\/span><\/p>\n

Nauwkeurigheid bij het doseren<\/h2>\n

Het doseersysteem is ontworpen om tot op 2 gram nauwkeurig te werken. Dit werd gerealiseerd door de container te wegen, het doseerluik automatisch te activeren en de trechter langzaam te draaien om de voeding op een gecontroleerde manier af te geven.<\/span><\/p>\n

Vloeiende mix<\/h2>\n

Na uitgebreide tests hebben wij een mechanisme ontwikkeld dat in korte tijd een aangename, gladde drank zonder schuim produceert. Het is een combinatie van het vullen met water, het doseren van voedingsstoffen, langzaam mengen en een snijrotor die de klontjes breekt tot een zeer fijne en zachte emulsie.<\/span><\/p>\n
