Uitdaging<\/h3>\n

PhoneCam is gestart als een intern project van SLIMDESIGN en is van een eerste idee tot een marktklaar product ontwikkeld. Het concept is ontstaan naar aanleiding van een daadwerkelijk incident waarbij de zoon van oprichter Wouter Konings in een openbaar park werd beroofd. Door het ontbreken van bewijsmateriaal kon de zaak niet worden vervolgd. Dit bracht een duidelijke leemte in de markt aan het licht voor toegankelijke, betrouwbare bodycams.<\/span><\/p>\n

Resultaat<\/h3>\n

PhoneCam werd gelanceerd op CES 2024, waar het een innovatieprijs ontving. Wij hebben ons gericht op B2B voor vertrouwelijkheid en ondersteuning op afstand, en momenteel hebben wij meer dan 50 klanten die PhoneCam dagelijks gebruiken. Onderzoek<\/h2>\n

Bodycams verminderen het aantal gevallen van geweld tegen politie en professionele beveiligers, maar zijn niet toegankelijk voor consumenten.<\/span>

We kwamen terug bij de centrale vraag: hoe kunnen we het leven veiliger maken voor degenen die nu zonder bescherming zitten? We spraken voortdurend met ouders, vrouwen en gemarginaliseerde groepen over hun strategie\u00ebn en voorkeuren. <\/span><\/p>\n

Voor ouders, gezinnen en ouderen biedt PhoneCam gemoedsrust. Met \u00e9\u00e9n druk op de PhoneCam-knop wordt er een alarm naar vrienden of familie gestuurd, waarmee u hen laat weten dat u hulp nodig heeft en hen uw locatie en live videobeelden verstrekt.<\/span><\/p>\n

We hebben een AI-app ontwikkeld om te laten zien hoe PhoneCam uw dagelijks leven kan verrijken met AI. De app kan fungeren als assistent op het werk of de wereld beschrijven aan mensen met een visuele beperking. We bouwen een framework waarmee ontwikkelaars PhoneCam kunnen gebruiken.<\/span><\/p>\n

CES & MWC<\/h2>\n

Wij hebben het product gepresenteerd op CES 2024 en het Mobile World Congress, waar het veel belangstelling trok van de pers en bedrijven op het gebied van telefonie, beveiliging, detailhandel, productie en de medische sector. Wij zijn momenteel in gesprek met verschillende grote bedrijven om een strategisch partnerschap aan te gaan, waardoor zij als eersten een betaalbaar AI-wearable op de markt kunnen brengen.<\/span>
