We bouwen vroeg, snel en iteratief om aannames te toetsen, technologie te valideren en risico's te beperken. Door idee\u00ebn tastbaar te maken, versnellen we de ontwikkeling en voorkomen we kostbare fouten in een later stadium van het proces.<\/p>\n

Dankzij onze eigen werkplaats kunnen we mechanische onderdelen, elektronica en interacties parallel prototypen, wat snelle iteratie en onmiddellijke feedback mogelijk maakt.<\/p>\n

Vroege prototypes<\/h2>\n

Er worden eenvoudige modellen gebruikt om de afmetingen, ergonomie en productarchitectuur te onderzoeken.
Met technische prototypes met lage resolutie worden belangrijke principes en concurrerende oplossingen getest voordat een definitieve richting wordt gekozen.<\/p>\n

Elektronica wordt gevalideerd via breadboard-opstellingen, om ervoor te zorgen dat alle componenten samen functioneren voordat ze worden ge\u00efntegreerd.
Digitale prototypes worden gebruikt om de gebruikersinteractie en de logica van de interface in een vroeg stadium te testen.<\/p>\n

Ontwikkelingsprototypes<\/h2>\n

Werkende prototypes combineren voor het eerst mechanica, elektronica en firmware.
Ze worden snel gebouwd en voortdurend aangepast om de prestaties en de systeemarchitectuur te verfijnen.<\/p>\n

Geavanceerdere prototypes zien eruit en functioneren als het eindproduct, waardoor de vormgeving, functionaliteit en gebruikerservaring kunnen worden gevalideerd.
Deze kunnen worden gebruikt voor testen, demonstraties en vroege marktfeedback.<\/p>\n

Eindcontrole<\/h2>\n

Zodra het ontwerp is vastgesteld, worden prototypes gebruikt om de prestaties, duurzaamheid en betrouwbaarheid te controleren.
Wij simuleren praktijkomstandigheden door middel van uitgebreide tests om te garanderen dat het product op lange termijn consistent presteert.<\/p>\n

Op weg naar productie<\/h2>\n

Wij ondersteunen de overgang naar productie door gereedschappen, materialen en assemblage te valideren.
