Once production has started, the quality of the products is ensured by a combination of quality assurance management and quality control. Local quality control partners will inspect production partners beforehan, as well as the during and after production. This guarentees that the quality of each product meets the required level. Finding the right tooling and production partners is not easy. We have developed a wide network of reliable partners in Asia and Eastern Europe. If our current partners do not fit, we can help you source production partners elsewhere. We have real production contract examples that you can inspect. We aim to support you in more transparent negotiations.
All electronic products need to pass certification tests. We conduct preliminary tests using the prototypes that include: – IP test rating (water and dust tightness) – Safety regulations – EMC (radio interference) – Flammability – Heavy metal use. We have several testing facilities to certify the devices we develop.
In the final detailing phase, improvements are implemented and details are discussed with the toolmakers. Technical specification documents are created to communicate the materials, textures, production tolerances, treatments, colours and product graphics.
Ensuring production lines are running smoothly and quality checks are implemented is vital. Efficient mass production requires jigs and properly calibrated production equipment. We collaborate with production partners to refine details and ensure correct assembly. In the beginning, the production process may require small changes if unforeseen problems arise. We stay involved to quickly solve these issues.
There is a wide variety of production quality in tools for injection moulding. Together with the toolmaker, we define the split-lines, ejectors, injection point, cooling and ventilation. We also ensure tools are made to correct specifications and analyze the first samples produced to determine how the tool could be improved. Texture is applied and a final production test is performed to evaluate the tool in prolonged conditions.
The prototypes are fully functional and look identical to the final production model. These prototypes can be used to evaluate the product during user tests, show potential clients or even launch the product on a fair. When you decide to introduce the product to the market, development time will be short and risk free. We make sure that no uncertainties exist.
