We do not follow the standard design process. We have cultivated an integrated, lean, development method where design, mechanical and electrical engineering are seamlessly interwoven. It is more efficient, flexible and faster than traditional methods.

ELECTRICAL (IoT) PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
We help clients when they are not able to manage the project internally (due to lack of manpower or expertise), We are able to develop an idea into working prototypes within 3 to 5 Month. The prototypes can be used for a product launch or user tests. When this is a success, the time to production is short because we have solved most of the mechanical and electrical engineering challenges.

Electronic (Internet of Things) projects are complex and need a large team of experts from a variety of disciplines. For each project we built a core team that remains with the project from start to finish. They develop all aspects (design, ME and EE) simultaneously.

We describe the phases, activities and deliverables in detail. The timeline shows how the different experts work together during the different phases of a project. This development process is fine-tuned during electronic (IoT) projects for clients like Panasonic, Philips, Siemens, Fujitsu, MSI and Angelcare.
Analysis | Component Specification Loop
Selecting the right components is key for the success of a product. It is always a trade-off between functions + long battery life vs cost-price and product weight / volume. To tackle this subject we go through the specification loop with our client in the beginning of a project. The decisions made during this process clarifies the project scope and complexity.
